Here’s how it works:

Once, The Nurse Source receives your complete application file, our placement specialist will compare your qualifications with the requests from our clients in the areas, which you are interested in traveling to. We will then present you with several assignment choices. We may also arrange phone interviews between you and representatives from the facilities you have chosen. Once we have identified the best match, you will be offered a contract for a Travel Nursing assignment. These contracts are usually for a minimum duration of 13 weeks but may be extended. The pay rates may vary by location. They will be clearly stated in the contract, along with the responsibilities of all parties. You will know exactly what to expect before you begin the assignment.
